Think Twice Before Renting Here!
I have lived in this building a few years ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with cockroaches, and the hallways are often dirty and poorly maintained. Regular cleaning appears to be inconsistent, if it happens at all. Repairs and maintenance are another major concern. Tenants often have difficulty getting responses from the landlord, and instead of addressing reported issues, the responsibility is frequently placed on the tenants. The maintenance staff has also been very unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, the building is poorly maintained, cleanliness is a serious concern, and communication with management is extremely frustrating. If I could give this building less than one star, I would. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants think twice before renting here.
