Clueless Landlord

Landlord is either completely ignorant of the RTA or knows it and attempts to take advantage of those who don't. Constantly demands money for utilities while never providing copies of the bills once in almost 6 years. General failure to maintain laundry facilities and other aspects of the property within a reasonable time frame. Fails to take action when other tenants overstep.
