Save yourself a headache
- Entire building smells of smoke. - Always dirty, garbage left laying around, animal urine and feces left in common areas and elevators. - Elevators break on the weekly, not allowed to use the stairwell. - Constantly increase rent to the maximum and then do shady repairs so they can apply to LTB to increase beyond limit. - Shady repairs meaning incomplete. They more so waste time and space hiring cheap contractors to "fix things" and it doesn't ever get properly fixed. - Old electrical, AC and heating units that break constantly. - Heavy smoke smell constantly coming into units from the AC/heat system. - The only good thing about this place is the location in Port Credit and being so close to nice walking trails.
