Good experience

I rented for 3 years beginning with a 6 month lease then going to month to month. My rent was never increased in the duration I was there. When I moved in the place was very dirty and smelt of cat urine. I stayed in a hotel for two nights and cleaned the suite before unpacking. It has real hardwood floors and porcelain tile. There are silverfish, but they are manageable. The baseboard heater in the bedroom stopped working and it was replaced quickly. However, the refrigerator slowly became warm and I contacted the landlord many times over many months until it stopped working and was then quickly replaced. I enjoyed living here over all.
