It is horribly managed by Orangelist, fights with other tenants (renting different units in the same house) every day over cleanliness, flies, food storage, noise, laundry room sharing, weekly responsibilities etc. Orangelist will arrive without notice, refuse to intervene regarding cleanliness issues, refuse to correct any unfair use of shared areas (kitchen, fridge, laundryroom, garage etc), refuse to evict problematic tenants that repeatedly cause issues for everybody in the house, leave appliances broken for weeks without repair, *frequently* enter units with very little notice. the list goes on and on. Just stay away from 7 chestnut street east.
