We’ve really enjoyed our time as Tenants
Paramount Properties is a well-known Landlord in Ottawa, ON. We’ve generally found the Landlord to be very responsive to our inquiries and active in following up with Maintenance requests. The buildings’ property manager, Pat Lanigan, has been with with the building for 15+ years and has generally always been very pleasant to deal with. The one caveat i’d like to note is that, while Paramount will address your maintenance requests, you cannot expect a full replacement. Their maintenance team will correct deficiencies as cheaply as possible, to keep everything in running order. Otherwise, we love our building, location, and the maintenance team are all generally very friendly to interact with
