53 Ontario Rd

Scammers

Rise Properties is honestly a scam in my experience. They will talk very nicely and make all the promises just to get you to sign the lease. Once you sign, they don’t give a damn about you. 53 Ontario Road is the worst place I have ever lived. Building is unsafe, locks are often broken, no proper cleaning, and serious bed bug issues. Management is absolutely useless. Instead of fixing problems, they somehow try to blame you for everything. Kasra, the leasing manager, barely replies to messages once you sign the lease. Alysia Hyde is extremely rude and arrogant. She hardly answers calls, and when she does, she just says she’s busy, tells you to email and hangs up. Then good luck getting a reply to your email.
