Landlord will try to scam you and steamroll your rights
Tried to get me take on maintenance tasks that were clearly his responsibility in the rental agreement. Did work on the building without notice. Had workers come in to do work I didn't authorize and gave access without notice and then tried to charge me for it. Reporting him to the LTB and RHEU.
