I lived there a long time, and yes I should've left awhile ago but as an affordable place I stayed. But the rent increases started, the issues came and I wish I left. he came into my suite many times with out me knowing, did inspections or fixing the hot water tank often. He would make me post ads for him on facebook for renters and change his mind on prices all the time. He used me for costco trips to get groceries and never returned my deposit. He had police over a lot scaring tenants away and was a dangerous person.
