No heat

Rented this place for two years. In the second year, the heat stopped working between December and March, during the coldest time of the year. I became so sick I had to be hospitalized, and the landlords attempted to evict me because I complained about them not doing anything and got AHS involved. I eventually won my RTDRS case for ~$5k. I've talked to other residents in the unit, and apparently the heat issue hasn't been fixed in the year since I left.
