Landlord from hell
Floors were uneven, two of the rooms weren't legally rooms, the landlord claimed that we stole a fire alarm, constant issues with the fire alarms, bad insulation (freezing in the winters and hot in the summers), mold problem in the other unit, roof kept leaking
