Incompetent at basic responsibilities
The place itself is fine, but the landlord Vida is ridiculously bad at responding to anything. Sometimes it works out (they forgot to increase my rent one year) and sometimes it doesn't (they took nearly a year to respond to me badgering them about money they owed me). Luckily the building super is good and responsive and the maintenance guy is too, which is more important.
