Increases rent yearly to the max amount, no maintenance is ever done, regularly threatens to withhold payments, committed illegal rent increases on multiple occasions. He is good at getting to things once they are so bad they are completely unusable or on fire, or destroyed. With these he will fix it within a week, otherwise forget it. The paint has not been redone in years, the steps got so bad the mail stopped being delivered. He still owes several of us money years later. We split the house between 6 people. There was mold and things broken and cracked and falling apart. I guess one thing was that he left us alone but he only cares about filling his pockets.
