Cockroaches, BTW

I've been out of there for a year, but after living there for four years and seeing the bare minimum effort put into property maintenance, I would suspect it's still happening. The size of the unit is decent for the price, and the soundproofing between units is very good, but they had a German Cockroach infestation that was treated with glue traps and nothing else. It's a dingy building that needs a lot of care and updating but I probably would have stayed if not for the roaches. It's a fine building, overpriced, but YMMV with the bugs.
