Hostile superintendant and management

Since the owner passed the building to his children, there has been a campaign to get as many older tenants out of the building as possible through multiple campaigns. First was threatening to evict half the building for having AC units. Then AGI after AGI every year, whether they were needed or not. Then multiple attempts to evict people illegally. Then removing access to the lawn, restricting decorations for all holidays, and replacing the super with a couple who verbally harass elderly and disabled people in the building. Cleaning, bugs, and maintenance have gone downhill. The tenant community is good, but the current rent price is way too high for the level of antagonism.
