A couple of things

The landlord at this property goes through a property management company to handle move in inspections, rent payments and move outs, however if there is any problems at the property you have to go though them not the property management company which can be annoying, as they can respond much slower. Also the dryers suck, at least they put the price of laundry to 2 dollars a load instead of 3 but you do have to run it twice. Definitely just get a large clothing rack from IKEA. For my rent parking was included I can't say that's always the case here but since I have a car it was greatly appreciated.
