Great building / community, mediocre corporate landlord

This building is a gem in many ways.. great neighbours, lovely street/hood but since it was bought but a larger company, the quality of maintenance has very much decreased while the cost of units has sky rocketed. Missing the old owner and building manager who took pride in upkeeping ALL units and common areas. Now every time a tenant moves out they rip the suite up and put cheap/ugly grey floors and in suite laundry and charge $1000 more for a one bedroom while quality of common spaces has decreased and repairs for current tenants are now very hastily done with little care. :(
