Property Manager sucks

So the owner has outsourced the management of our 5 plex and the 5 plex next door. They are incharge of all the day to day. They suck. Any kind of maintenance or repair is immediately blamed on the tenant, and after a good amount of blaming and shaming they will promptly repair with the cheapest supply available. Unless of course its something major then they will call in a contractor. Aside from that? Its not a bad place, but the market as is, if we were to move out and find this very place and start a whole new lease, our rent would be $2100 or more.
