Good overall, with some caveats
Good overall. Sometimes the landlords drag their feet on fixing things and/or find the cheapest possible contractors to do a hack job, but if it's something urgent (e.g. issues with the heat, water), then they're on the ball and address it quickly. The building manager does a good job. He generally communicates well and is even sometimes open to suggestion about changing things about the building, when reasonable. Also pretty fair about rent. They'll certainly try to get as much as they can for a unit when it goes on market, but they won't try to increase unfairly once you're in. I've never heard of them doing anything shady like that, and some folks have been in the building for 10+ years. Nor have I heard of them being unfair about getting deposits back when people leave.
Would rent again: Yes
