Great location but VERY noisy and landlord is somewhat shady

Lived here a couple of years ago. The location is great, but having The Show and Room 104 means that it gets *incredibly* loud at night. Generally good renters in the building, but maintenance tends to be slow and a little half-assed with fixes. Some service requests just get ignored. They'll try to find a reason to charge you extra money when you move out.
