Bad maintenance. Superintendent tries his best but the company sucks

The building is falling apart. Water gets shut off at least one day a month due to leaks. We had ants and roaches, at different times, that were exterminated. Parking garage took 3 years to repair while it cracked and dropped debris on cars. If you’re on rent control here, you will never get maintenance done by the company but the super will try his best to help as he’s just a good guy that can’t keep up.
