Run down building - great neighborhood

No response to any maintenance issues. Several years of malfunctioning Elevator, unclean hallway rugs and some neighbors have rodents issues. Building's parking lot exists, But was rented out to a company for storage, so none for tenants. The only good thing about this building is the people living here. If you tough it up you can enjoy a great neighborhood and neighbors. I would rent here again if it was a bit cheaper!
