Good house but gotta keep them accountable

Upper floor and extra room and storage in the basement. Basement also had a separate unit. Home owner is absolutely lovely. The woman who manages the property is mostly fine as well. There a couple minor items that need fixing, which she eventually had fixed. It took a while but these weren't big issues and didn't impact us. We just wanted to make sure that it didn't become a bigger issue for the home owner down the road. Our fridge broke at some point though and we waited nearly a week, living out of coolers outside (it was fall/winter), before she found a replacement fridge. After a few days I wrote a formal letter to make sure it was documented (cc'd the home owner) which lit a fire under her a$$. Other than that, the home served us well. We enjoyed staying here for a little over 3 years. We also appreciated that the home owner managed expectations for the downstairs tenants, as we have noisy young kids.
