Stay away from this apartment unless you’re okay living with cockroaches and mice. Despite multiple complaints throughout the years and keep our apartment clean, the landlord DIYs all infestation treatments so we really can’t go further in our complaints. The summer cockroach central and the winter that’s when all the mice come in. This is a tactic for the landlord to have people leave due to relatively affordable rent.
