Great location, old building, fair landlord and management

This is an older building without AC, insuite laundry or dishwasher, but it's an amazing location. Unit had some wear and tear but the landlord let me mount stuff to the wall and gave me back my damage deposit even though I had left some wear and tear myself. Building is cat friendly. Landlord allowed me to add my partner to the lease after he moved in. Everything was above board and consistent with the law.
