Roaches. Rats. Blood in the parking lot.

This place is a disaster. Horrific maintenance. We had multiple holes (caused by maintenance for plumbing access, mind you) in our apartment and it took months of begging for them to seal them. Every unit had roaches because the building refused to properly fumigate or provide basic maintenance like the cleaning of common spaces. There was a domestic violence incident that resulted in a literal trail of blood through the parking complex and they never bothered to clean it. Cars were constantly getting broken into and even set on fire because we had no security. Constant issues with hot water and heat. They let Bell salespeople in the lobby and allowed them to harass residents. The WORST
